1 bag cleaned spinach
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
5 green onions, sliced thinly
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 red delicious apple, chopped
1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese

DRESSING:
1/4 cup olive oil
3 T. tarragon vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper

Toss all salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients together. Pour over salad. Toss.
