3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (20 oz.) can pineapplle tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 roll Ritz Crackers, crumbled
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour in a 2 quart casserle dish. Add pineapple and cheese. Purs 1/2 of the reserved fuice over mixture. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
