Cucumbers, sliced (as many as you want)
salt
water
1-2 onions (depending on taste)
Sweetener (artificial or regular sugar)
1 tbsp mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers and cover with a heavy salt water brine. Refrigerate at least 6-8 hours. When ready to serve, drain well. Add sliced onion nd some sweetener. Stir in heaping tbps of mayo. (Can use small amount of mayo with bowl full of cucumbers). Dressing will cover the cucumbers...........just keep stirring. Adjust seasonings.....salt, pepper and sweetner
