3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 egg
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp salt
coarse ground pepper
1 tbsp anchovy paste
1/2 cup grated parmesan
garlic croutons
1 head of romaine lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender, except the lettuce, parmesan and croutons. Blend and refrigerate. At serving time, toss dressing with lettuce, parmesan cheese, and garlic croutons.
