Dang Myun--clear dry rice noodle--1 bundle
Beef--chopped, 1 cup
Spinach---1 bundle
Carrot----4 large ones
Onion---1 medium size
Garlic---chopped
salt--1/2 tsp
pepper--1/2 tsp
Sesame oil --2 T
Soysauce--2 T
Roasted Sesame seed--2 T
Sugar--1T

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put spinach in a hot boiling water and boil only for a minute. Then stir fry in a pan with garlic in hot vegetable oil. Set aside.
2. Chop carrots to thin slices and stir fry in a pan with salt and pepper, then set aside.
3. Marinate meat in garlic, soysauce and sesame oil and stir fry in a pan with chopped onion. Set aside.
4. Put dry rice noodle into a hot boiling water and cook until tender. Do not overcook.
5. Mix all of the above in a large bowl. Mix with soysauce, sugar and sesame oil to taste. Put in roasted sesame seed.
