3/4 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Flour
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Milk
1-2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Use "Basic Sweet Dough" Recipe and press into 9x13 pan

Instructions for burnt sugar topping:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix flour, cream, and milk and set aside.
3. Brown the sugar in cast iron skillet (to the desired color) stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
4. Add the flour mixture and stir rapidly (it will thicken.)
5. Remove from heat and beat until smooth.
6. Cool.
7. Spread topping on top of "Basic Sweet Bread" dough.
8. Sprinkle Crumb Topping on top (see below.)
9. Stick with fork approx. 10-12 times.
10. Let rise 10 mins.
11. Bake in oven for about 20 mins.
12. Sprinkle with sugar when removed from oven.

Instructions for crumb topping:
1. Mix 1-2 Tbsp butter with 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar.
2. Blend with a fork until mixture starts to crumb then mix with hands.
3. (May add more flour and sugar for crumbly consistency.)

Note: shake mixing bowl to help form crumbs.
