1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach
2-1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 T. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well, thoroughly squeezing out excess liquid. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls; place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350º F. for 10 minutes or until they are very lightly browned. Balls can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking. Serve warm.
