6 C broccoli flowerets
2 sm cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp sesame oil
2 1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1 T wine vinegar (rice vinegar is best)
2 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

In a skillet, combine soy sauce, sugar, oil, vinegar, garlic & red pepper
Cook on medium heat until hot. Add broccoli & cook uncovered 8 to 10 minutes until tender crisp. Stir occasionally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & serve.
