1 1/4 cups Flour (sifted)
1/4 teaspoons Salt
1/2 cup Butter
2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
60 ounces Canned, Sliced Peaches
3 Egg Yolks (beaten)
1/3 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Flour
1/4 teaspoons Salt

Directions:

Instructions for crust:
1. Combine 1 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 tsp salt.
2. Cut in 1/2 cup butter until pea size.
3. Stir in 2 Tbsp heavy cream.
4. Press mixture into 9x13in greased pan.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Instructions for filling:
1. Blend egg yolks, 1/3 cup cream, 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, and 1/4 tsp salt.
2. Mix above ingredients with peaches and pour over crust. 3. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
