3 lbs Beef Brisket
1 Onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Vinegar
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
5 drops Liquid Smoke
2 tsp Corn Starch
1 pkg Hoagie Buns

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the onion, brown sugar, pepper, salt, chili powder, paprika, oregano, garlic, ketchup, water, white vinegar, canola oil, Worcestershire, and liquid smoke in a crock pot and stir.
2. Lay the beef on top of the sauce.
3. Cook on low for 10 hours.
4. Remove cooked beef from the sauce and shred.
5. Remove 1/4 cup of the sauce from the slow cooker and pour into a bowl.
6. Whisk cornstarch into the sauce.
7. Stir the mixture back into the slow cooker.
8. Add the shredded beef back into the thickened sauce and stir.
9. Serve hot on the buns.
