5 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
2 Onions
1 cup Vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Mustard
1/2 cup Liquid Smoke
1/4 cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice onions into rings.
2. Place beef in roaster pan.
3. Place onion rings over beef roast.
4. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over beef.
5. Bake at 250 degrees, covered, for 8 hours.
