2 pounds Potatoes
16 ounces Sour Cream
1/2 cup Onion
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Butter
2 cups Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lightly grease a 3qt baking dish.
3. Julienne or dice potatoes.
4. Chop onion.
5. Mix potatoes, sour cream, onions, soup, and cheese in a large bowl and pour into baking dish.
6. Melt butter and mix with corn flakes
7. Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
8. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Heather is a friend of mine who is a home-ec teacher. One of the recipes she makes with her students, so its definitely easy, and as someone who gets to enjoy the fruits of her students labor--definitely delicious!
