1 1/2 pounds Potatoes
2 tablespoons Butter
1 pint Heavy Cream
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Slices Provolone
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Grease a 1 1/2 quart or larger casserole dish.
3. Slice potatoes very thinly.
4. Toss potato slices with garlic and softened butter.
5. Layer 1/2 of potato slices in the bottom of the casserole dish.
6. Pour half of the heavy cream over potato slices.
7. Sprinkle one cup of Cheddar cheese over the layer, and season with salt and pepper.
8. Repeat layering of potatoes, garlic, cream and Cheddar cheese.
9. Season again with salt and pepper.
10. Top with slices of provolone.
11. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
12. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
13. Continue baking uncovered for another 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender when tested with a fork.
