1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 T lemon juice
2 T. chopped fresh dill (or dried)
Coarse salt and pepper
4-6 cucumbers (about 1 lb.) and thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper, and whisk well to combine.
Add cucumbers and toss to coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate covered up to 4 hours.
