4 Potatoes
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 cups Lukewarm Water
3 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt, and eggs.
2. Add enough water to make a stiff dough.
3. Beat well until shiny.
4. Peel and Cube potatoes.
5. Boil potatoes in salted water until almost done.
6. Drop dough by small rounded spoonfuls into boiling potatoes (hold spoon in water to make dough drop off.)
7. Dumplings will rise to the top when done.
8. Drain well- serve with warmed cream and/or kraut. (May also be topped with buttered browned bread crumbs.
