Heat and mix in saucepan:
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening
4 t. cocoa
1 c. water
add to:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
Mix - add
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 t. soda
2 eggs
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
ICING: 1 stick margarine
6 t. milk
4 t. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1t. vanilla

Directions:
Mix cake as above - cook 9x13 pan 350º 40-45 minutes - about 5 minutes before cake is done - mix margarine, milk, cocoa, bring to a boil, remove from stove - add powdered sugar, vanilla and pour over top of hot cake.
