Ingredients:  
1 pkg. country style ribs
1 T. salad oil
1 can beer
1 can/pkg. sauerkraut
2 T. brown sugar
Potatoes (boiled)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs in oil then add beer and 1/2 tsp. salt. Heat to boiling, simmer 30 min. Combine brown sugar, salt and kraut; cover ribs and simmer 1 hour. Serve over potatoes.
