Pineapple Jello Salad Recipe

Grandma Mai


8 oz Crushed Pineapple with juice (canned)
1/2 cup Sugar
1 pkg Lemon Jello (3 oz.)
1 cup Cold Water
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Heavy Cream (whipped)

1. Heat pineapple and sugar to boiling point.
2. Add Jello, stir well, and remove from heat.
3. Add cold water and lemon juice.
4. Refrigerate until almost set (about 1 hours.)
5. Add cheese and whipped cream.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
7. Serve on lettuce leaf.
