2 pkgs Orange Jello (3 oz. each)
1 cup Boiling Water
1 pint Orange Sherbet
11 oz Mandarin Oranges (canned)
1 cup Heavy Cream (whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour the orange flavored gelatin into a medium bowl. Add the boiling water and stir until all the gelatin is dissolved.
2. Add sherbet and mix well.
3. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator until it is as thick as unbeaten egg whites.
4. Add mandarin oranges and ½ cup of the juice.
5. Fold in the whipped cream.
6. Pour the gelatin mixture into a bowl.
7. Chill until set (at least 3 hours.)
