1 lb- Ground Beef - cooked,
1/4 to 1/2 -lb sausage ( I prefer hot),
1 -can Refried Beans,
1 -8 oz package shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese,
1- 8 oz package shredded Mexican cheese blend,
1 Head Lettuce shredded,
1 Tomato diced,
1 sm jar Jalapeños ( if desired ),
2 packages Taco Mix,
1 sm package Sour Cream,
1 sm jar Salsa ( medium ),
1 Package Doritos Scoops,

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare ground beef per directions on Taco package.

Layer Refried Beans in 2 qt Casserole Dish, taco meat & spread a thin layer of salsa top with Mexican mixed cheese. Repeat layers adding Cheddar Cheese to top.

Bake in 375º oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and sides are bubbly.

Remove from oven-CAUTION HOT.

Serve with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and sour cream.
