6 egg whites
1 lb. powder sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. ground almonds
2 1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Blend egg whites. Mix remaining ingredients and stir into egg whites. Leave dough stand one hour in refrigerator then cut Bake at 350º for 10 min.
