2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter (softened)
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup dates,
1 cup walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter and eggs. Blend salt, cinnamon, soda and flour and add to egg mixture. Stir in dates and chopped nuts. Put dough in refrigerator overnight, Roll out dough and cut out with small glass or cookie cutter. Bake at 350º. 10-12 mins.
