2 chicken leg quarters; Cooked, deboned and shredded (save broth).
1/3 c. margarine
1/3 c. flour
2 c. water or broth
1 chicken bullion cube
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. (250g.) cooking cream (heated)
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine. Add flour water or broth, bouillon, salt and pepper. Add, cream and milk; cook until thickened. Add shredded chicken. Serve over 1 lb. pasta. May top with Parmesan cheese and slivered almonds and bake at 350 F until heated through. Serves 6.
