4 baking potatoes - (preferable long slender)
block cheddar cheese
1 jar jalapeņos
1 package turkey bacon
1 jar salad supreme (McCormick)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes and refrigerate until cool (overnight)
Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch slices and place on tray. Cook turkey bacon and cut slices into 1-2 inch strips. Slice Cheese into 1-2 inch long pieces.

To assemble: place cheese on potato slice, add slice of turkey bacon, top off with a slice of jalapeņo. Sprinkle salad supreme over the top. Bake or microwave until cheese has started to melt.
