• 2 lb chicken peg-leg (wing drummettes)
• 1 C flour
• Salt and pepper
• 1 C vegetable oil

Add oil to large skillet. Heat oil over medium heat. Roll peg-legs in flour. When oil is hot, place peg-legs into oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry until brown.
