cup grease (sausage, bacon, chicken, etc.)
2 C (+/-) flour
2 C milk
Salt and pepper

Directions:
In a large skillet heat grease on medium high heat. Slowly add flour and stir vigorously. When flour is browned, slowly add milk while continuing to stir. Lower heat and simmer for 5 10 minutes. Add more milk if the gravy is too thick. If too thin, simply cook longer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
