2 racks of pork ribs
1c Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
Pepper to taste
Your favorite BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 225
2.Mix together your spice ingredients (Brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper)
3.Using your hands, rub all over the rack of ribs until coated evenly
4.Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 2 1/2 hours
5.Remove from the oven and lightly coat with your favorite BBQ and place on the BBQ
6.Finish cooking to your liking
