1 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/3 lb Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon

6 Tbsp Butter/Margarine, melted
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Cream or Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Nutmeats

Pour boiling Water over Oatmeal. Let stand 20 minutes. Blend together Margarine and Sugars. Add Eggs. Mix together with oatmeal.

Mix Flour, Salt, Baking Soda, and Cinnamon together. Blend both mixtures together and pour in 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.

Combine all topping ingredients. Spread over cake when removed from oven. Place under broiler until lightly browned.

Notes: Watch carefully - This will make a fine moist cake.
