Prepared pastry for 1 crust 9 in pie
3/4 sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 cup sour cream
5 cups peeled apple quarters
1/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Place pie crust in 9 in pie plate, flute edges. Combine sugar and flour, stir in sour cream. Arrange apples in pie crust, pour sour cream mixture on top of apples. Bake in oven at 450 for 15 min, then reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for 35-40 min longer or until fruit is tender. Sprinkle brown sugar over hot pie. Broil for 2-3 min. Serve warm.
