Dough:
8 oz softened cream cheese
2 sticks softened butter
2 ½ c. flour
1 egg yolk (reserve white to dip keflis in)
Mix cheese, butter and egg yolk well. Add flour and mix well. Divide into fourths and chill.

Filling:
1 lb ground walnuts (reserve enough ~ about ½ c. ~ to dip keflis in)
1 c. sugar
Approx. 2-3 T lemon juice or enough to hold nuts and sugar together.

Roll out dough (pie crust thickness) on counter sprinkled w/powdered sugar and cut into 8 triangles. Place 1 t. filling in center and roll up from wide end. Dip tops into beaten egg white and then in ground nuts.

Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
