4 oz Roquefort, crumbled
8 oz grated Cheddar
6 oz softened cream cheese
˝ c. finely minced onion
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
˝+ c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Allow cheeses to stand at room temperature. Combine with onion and Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate about an hour until firm enough to shape into a ball. Roll cheeseball into chopped walnuts. Cover with Saran and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

This is a hit made into a snowman for a winter party treat. Roll into 3 balls ~ small, medium and large and spread each with softened cream cheese. Stack cheeseballs. Add sliced olives for eyes, carrot tip for nose, sweet red pepper strip for mouth, celery stalks for arms (cut the celery leaves off just right and you can even have “fingers”), black olives, halved for buttons and a 1 inch strip of deli country ham for a scarf.
