This is a hit made into a snowman for a winter party treat. Roll into 3 balls ~ small, medium and large and spread each with softened cream cheese. Stack cheeseballs. Add sliced olives for eyes, carrot tip for nose, sweet red pepper strip for mouth, celery stalks for arms (cut the celery leaves off just right and you can even have “fingers”), black olives, halved for buttons and a 1 inch strip of deli country ham for a scarf.
