½ c. full-fat cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 level T. cocoa powder
½ c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8 inch shallow pan with wax paper cut to size, lightly greasing the sides and bottom of pan first AND then the wax paper with oil. Put softened cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa into bowl with cream cheese and mix all together. Melt chocolate and butter separately in microwave in 5 second increments and mix together once both are melted. Stir in 1 T. of the cream cheese mixture. Then pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Beat with spoon until creamy. Spoon into pan and push into corners and pat to even out fudge. Refrigerate for 2 hrs before cutting.
(Cut fudge may be refrigerated for 2 wks.)
