1 lb mushrooms
3 tbsp grated Romano cheese
1 clove garlic , minced
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 c soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp chopped parseley
2 tbsp olive oil
Dash pepper

Stuffed Mushrooms
- Serves 8-10

1 lb mushrooms
3 tbsp grated Romano cheese
1 clove garlic , minced
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 c soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp chopped parseley
2 tbsp olive oil
Dash pepper

Clean mushrooms by brushing them with cloth.
Snap off the stems and mash stems in a bowl (tip: try a garlic press if you don't have a food processor)
Place the caps on a greased baking dish.
Take all other ingredients and mix together.
Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture, sprinkle each with additional cheese.
Bake 300 for 20 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with toothpicks. Can be made 1 or 2 days ahead but bake the day you need them.
