6 c. day old bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In medium bowl, beat together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over bread and lightly toss until bread is evenly coated. Refrigerate serveral hours or overnight. Bake in preheated 350º oven until golden brown. About 50 minutes. Serve warm with maple syrup.
