1 /2 cup olive oil
2 tsp. Cajun or Creole Seasoning
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. soy sauce
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 lb. uncooked large shrimp (shelled and deafened)

Combine first 7 ingredients in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 450º. Bake until shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasional, about 10 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve shrimp with French bread.
