1 1/2 head romaine lettuce
4 large tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 cup feta cheese
24 Kalamata olives
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper

1. In a large bowl, combine all the veggies, olives and cheese.
2. In a small bowel blend together the oregano, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper.
3. Pour over salad just before serving.
