5 lbs. potatoes, boiled
1 large onion, diced
3 Johnsonville Andoulie Sausage, sliced
4 or 5 slices of pepperoni, diced
2 carrots, sliced thin
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
1/4 c. of green pepper, diced
3 sundried tomato, diced
1 cup heavy cream
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage, pepperoni, onion, carrots, celery, diced pepper and sundried tomatoes until carrots are tender. Drain potatoes. Mix potatoes with meat and vegetable; add milk and cream and cook until slightly thickened, Salt and pepper to taste.
