1/3 lb. ground beef or pork
1 small chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 can tomato sauce with ½ cup water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paella seasoning
1 1/2 c. uncooked small-grained rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef, onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into 4 seeded red peppers. Wrap in foil. Bake at 400° F for 1 1/2 hours until rice is cooked.
