1 kg (2 lbs.) ripe tomatoes
1 small cucumber, peeled
1 small green pepper
2 cloves garlic
3 T. vinegar
3 T. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 slice white bread without crust

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tomatoes for 1 minute, remove skin and seeds. Blend tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Serve cold as drink or as soup garnished with chopped onion, green peppers, cucumber, hard boiled egg, and croutons.
