8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 onion, chopped
2 cup. cubed potatoes
1 1/2 cup diced carrots
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 3/4 cup milk
2 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in 2 T. bacon drippings. Cook potatoes and carrots in water until tender. Do not drain. Stir in sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, and parsley. Heat all over low heat. Great on a freezing night.
