4-6 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper
1 egg beaten with water


1/3 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar

1 lemon, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge pork chops in egg then flour, brown in skillet with 1-2 tbsp oil until brown on both sides

Place pork chops in baking dish, top each pork chop with lemon slice

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 for 30-40 min depending on thickness of chops.
