1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. pecans - chopped
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. cocoa
1 T. vegetable oil
3 T. milk
2/3 c. hot water

Topping:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 T. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, pecans, and cocoa together in a bowl. Add milk and oil in and stir well. Spoon batter evenly into an ungreased 1 qt. casserole dish.
Mix brown sugar and 1 T. cocoa powder and sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over top.
Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Serve with ice cream or garnish with chocolate curls.
