1 lb. powdered sugar - sifted
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 T. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. pecans - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of 8 inch square baking dish with wax paper and set aside. Combine powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon, and oleo in a microwave safe bowl, stirring gently. Microwave, uncovered on high for 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir until smooth and add pecans. Stir all together. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and refrigerate until firm. After fudge has set cut into squares and serve.
