1/2 cup uncooked regular rice
3 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
few grains nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325, combine in a buttered casserole dish all the ingredients; stir until sugar is dissolved. Bake for one hour, stirring every 20 min.
