3 to 4 c cooked turkey or chicken
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1 T Sherry
Salt & Pepper
2 T butter
3 T grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. sweet butter
1 pt. whipping cream
2 T dry white wine
2 T flour
1/4 lb. spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/4 lb. butter in skillet and saute mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes. Add poultry, cream (unwhipped) and wine. Season to taste. In small sauce pan, melt 2 T butter and stir in the flour. Blend together to smooth paste, then stir into poultry/cream mixture. Stir until smooth and thickened. Simmer 5 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain pasta and spread on bottom of 9 x 11 Pyrex. Top with poultry/cream mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375º F for 20 minutes.
