4 boneless chicken breasts
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup cooked rice
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
sauteed orange slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in non stick skillet for 10 min. Set chicken aside. Add broth, juice, onion and rice. Heat to boiling. Cover and cook. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook 10 min until chicken and rice are cooked;stir in parsley. Saute orange slices in skillet until lightly brown.
