Roast
onion - sliced
Worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Carrots - cut up
Potatoes - peeled and cutup

Directions:
Grease bottom of pan. Place roast in pan. Pour worchestshire sauce over roast. Salt and pepper to taste. Put onion slices on top of roast. Place carrots and potatoes on side of roast and cover. Bake 350º for 2 hours.

This can also be done in a crock pot. Mix one envelope of Lipton onion soup mix or beefy onion soup mix with one cup of water and pour over roast. Set on high and cook for 4 - 6 hours.
