4 cups chopped zucchini
4 cups chopped onion
2 tbsp fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup oil
2/3 cup grated cheese (your choice)
6 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 .
Beat eggs and add to the rest of the ingedients. Put in a greased pan and bake.

Sorry, but Aunt Jo didn't say what size pan to use! I would try a 9x13 or a large pie plate.
