6 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup finely crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup unflavored yogurt
2 T finely chopped chives or scallions
2 T finely chopped fresh dill
2 T finely chopped fresh mint
Salt to taste
1 clove garlic, crushed or to taste
Tomato slices
Cucumber slices
Black Olives (preferably Greek olives)
Parsley sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl mash the cream cheese with a fork. Add the feta cheese and yogurt and beat vigorously
with a wooden spoon until the mixture is well blended and fluffy. Beat in chives, dill, mint, garlic and salt. Taste and adjust seasoning. Cover and chill.

Close to serving time, mound the cheese and herb mixture in the center of a platter. Arrange the tomato and cucumber slices, olives and parsley sprigs around it in a decorative pattern.

Serve with rye, pumpernickel or Armenian (lavosh) thin bread. Pita chips work too.
