1 French baguette, 1 in slices
3 granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup raisins
6 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon, mix in butter, apples and raisins. Place on bottom of baking dish. Place bread slices evenly over apples. Mix eggs, milk and cinnamon. Pour over bread, make sure all pieces are soaked in mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cover with foil and cook 375º for 40 min.
